Simranjeet Singh Kahlon is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in customer success, advocacy, and cloud security. He is currently working as a Manager for the Customer Success Team (EMEA) at Zscaler, a leading cloud security company. In his current role, Simranjeet is responsible for building and leading a team of Inside Customer Success Managers, mentoring and training junior staff, and monitoring and reporting on performance targets. He also owns the overall relationship with assigned customers, ensuring retention, and satisfaction. Simranjeet is a trusted and strategic advisor to his customers and drives the continued value of Zscaler's products and services. Prior to his current role, Simranjeet worked as a Team Lead and Sr. Customer Advocate at Zscaler, where he was responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, driving value realization, and providing technical support. He was also involved in designing and deploying Proof of Concepts for the product and preparing responses for RFQ/RFP/RFI documents. Simranjeet has an in-depth understanding of different cloud-based traffic filtering and security solutions and frequently interacts with security products from other vendors. Simranjeet holds an MBA (Executive) from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from PTU. He has a strong tech stack that includes product management and integration.
